This book by Louise L. Hay, emphasizes self love and the concept that what is in your mind, manifests in your body. I have been saying affirmations from this book ever since I was a little kid. I vividly remember my mother making me read and say affirmations whenever I fell sick. The affirmations had an almost magical effect in curing me and gave me a sense of immediate optimism and comfort. The concentric hearts and the human figure in the middle signify love and positivity that is radiating from within, and the metallics have a magical element to them, which I relate to the magic of this book
