‘Namma Bengaluru’, which translates to ‘My Bangalore’, was a cultural movement started by the Karnataka government to cultivate a feeling of oneness amongst the ethnically and culturally diverse population of my city - Bangalore. This piece celebrates the riches of old and new Bangalore through illustrations of its iconic buildings, monuments, people and culture. The buildings are placed accurately according to their geographical locations, mimicking a city map.
